Tony is the founder and proprietor of the company, making him the most senior member of the team. Tony is a current member of the IET.

Allan Salter, Contracts Engineer

Allan has been with the company since 2004 and is the Company’s NICEIC Qualified Supervisor.

Matthew Tiplady, Contracts Engineer

Matthew has been with the company since 2002 and is qualified to HNC level in electrical engineering (achieved distinctions in Electrical Power and Utilisation of Electrical Energy).

Matthew is multi-disciplined within our team and is fully conversant in design, estimating, and project management. Matthew is currently working towards Professional Registration with the UK Engineering Council through the IET and CIBSE as an Engineering Technician (EngTech).
